Jets Flight Academy is our club’s official player development program, designed to support the growth of our players across every age group.

 

Eltham North Jets has invested in appointing Ngor Manyang, as our appointed Club Development Coach.

 

Jets Flight Academy focuses on improving individual skills, confidence, decision-making and overall game understanding, all within the club environment. 

 

 

 

 

​What is JETS FLIGHT ACADEMY?

​

Jets Flight Academy is a club-wide initiative that brings high level coaching directly into our training environment.

 

Throughout the season, Ngor will work across a range of teams within the club, with the aim of supporting as many players and teams as possible throughout the Autumn 2026 season, where he will:

 

• Run the entire training session

• Work alongside team coaches

• Focus on age-appropriate skill development

• Challenge players with professional level drills and concepts

• Help raise standards across the club

 

 

These sessions are designed to complement existing team training, not replace it and ensure players at all levels benefit from expert guidance.

Meet Ngor - Club Development Coach

 

Ngor brings elite playing experience and a strong development mindset to our club. Many of you may have seen Ngor around Diamond Valley Stadium, where he spends much of his time coaching and supporting junior players.

​

Ngor is an NBL1 standout with the Diamond Valley Eagles, has international playing experience and has also had stints with the NBL's South East Melbourne Phoenix.

​

Alongside his professional playing career, Ngor regularly works with junior athletes through one-on-one and group sessions. Making him an excellent fit for our Club Development Coach role.

*One-on-One or Group Sessions with Ngor Manyang*

For players who would like to take their skills further, Ngor is also available for one-on-one or small group sessions outside of regular team training.

 

These sessions are completely separate from our Jets Flight Academy and are conducted at the parent’s own expense. They provide additional personalised coaching for players seeking to accelerate their development.
